Walter Huang is the Managing Partner of Heracles Investment Corp. He also served as a Board Director and Senior Vice President of China Wind Power International Corp (Stock Symbol: CNW), a wind energy company publicly traded on TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") in Canada. Mr. Huang has a number of years private equity investment and investment banking experience, especially has strong expertise in investing in Chinese companies and taking Chinese companies public in North American stock markets. He led the whole process of the public listing of China Wind Power International Corp from the "Red-Chip" reorganization, due diligence, reconciliation and adjustment of accounting in accordance with International GAAP, the "big four" auditing, executives recruiting, to a private placement that raised approximately US$ 25 million for the company, and finally being publicly traded, and after market support and fundrising. Prior to founding Heracles, Walter Huang was the co-founder and Executive Vice President of a private equity investment firm based in Newport Beach, California. During his years tenure, he led the firm's investment in China. He originated quality deal flow, conducted due diligence, valuated investments, structured deals, assisted portfolio companies' growth, and executed exit strategy by going public or M&A. Mr. Huang has years experience in investing in such industries as Internet/telecommunication, media, high-tech, consumer products, renewable energy and clean tech. He also involved in the investment in entertainment (movie and TV) and sports industries. He led the effort of a consortium consisting of five US and Chinese companies to build the largest theme park in Beijing with an investment of over a billion dollar. Prior to being a private equity investor and merchant banker, Mr. Huang worked in several U.S. and Chinese companies including State Farm Insurance Companies and Morningstar Inc. He also served as a consultant for Walgreens Co., Newell Rubbermaid Inc and The Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company to assist with their E-Business strategy and Internet technology. Mr. Huang is also an active community leader and was Vice President of the Association of Chinese Scientists and Engineers -- USA (ACSE) (1996-98). As a frequent public speaker, he has given speeches at a variety of conferences hosted by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Fordham University, Tsinghua University, Wuhan University, the United States of America-China Chamber of Commerce, and other organizations as well as Chinese government agencies. He is currently a member of the 2010 Board of Advisors for "128 Chinese Union of Technology Enterprises" and the council member of Tianjin Overseas Exchanges Association. Among them, China Carbon Graphite Group, Inc., one of China's largest producers and wholesale suppliers of fine grain and high purity graphite, is a publicly traded in US (Stock Symbol: CHGI). Dr. Gang Hou has extensive experience of management consulting, strategic partnership, financing, IPO, and M&A processes. He is also a seasoned leader in starting up new venture, leading and growing business, managing people, process, technology and change. In his professional life, prior to Heracles, Dr. Hou was the co-founder and CEO of Circle Choice, an innovative performance-based online marketing firm focusing on local search. Before that, he was an executive responsible for partner services at Unica Corporation (NASDAQ: UNCA), a market leader in enterprise marketing management solutions. He was the lead solution strategist and sr. manager of e-marketplace operations and consulting at i2 Technologies (NASDAQ: ITWO), a market leader in supply chain management solutions. Over the years, he has consulted for a number of companies, including both Global 500 and SMEs, across regions and industries, such as Accenture, IBM, Chevron, BP, Acer, Corporate Express, Toys'R'Us, E*Trade, Discover Card, MBNA, JPMorgan Chase, Standard & Poor's, and a variety of early stage Internet and software companies, regarding their business strategies and technology solutions. In his academic life, Dr. Hou was a Visiting Professor and Board Member of the School of Engineering at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and a published co-author of "Molecular Modeling in Heavy Hydrocarbon Conversions" by Taylor & Francis. Mr. Weige Luo is also the Managing Director of Binhai Capital Co., Ltd., a venture capital investment firm based in Binhai, Tianjin and associated with Heracles Investment Corp. He was in charge of the offshore finance project in Tianjin for KVB Kunlun Group, an international financial services corporation with operations in Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Toronto, Hong Kong and Beijing. He was CEO of CNPay Co., Ltd, an online electronic payment company headquartered in Tianjin, China. Mr. Lou has years experience in financial industry. He worked for the Bank of China. He led to develop an e-payment platform that was the first electronic payment system in Tianjin area. Mr. Luo has many years management experience. Michael Zhao has worked in the financial industry for many years. He obtained valuable experience and established extensive contacts in the industry. Mr. Zhao is strategic partner of Swiss Rabn Private Equity Fund that manages over 100 million US dollars for M&A and LBO and Denmark's Greenshield Investment Group that is a hedge fund having over 100 million Euro under management. Mr. Zhao is in charge of these funds' Chinese operations. Prior to this, Mr. Zhao was the Vice President of Golden Bridge Capital Management LLC. Before moving into financial industry, Mr. Zhao had experience in manufacture and hi-tech industries. Mr. Zhao was General Manager of Guangtuo Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co. Ltd. in Suzhou Industry Park and Shanghai Hope Optic-electronic Tech Co. Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Zhao worked in the marketing department of ThyssenKrupp, the largest steel maker in Germany, and was Senior Engineer in Motorola (China) Electronics Ltd in Suzhou. Mr. Zhao holds a Bachelor Degree in Physics from Harbin University of Science and Technology and a Master Degree in Electronics from Fudan University.
